I feel.. happy for the wrong reasons.

Pearl has something of mine flowing in her body. For some reasons, I feel happy at that thought. She ended up puking this morning, and I took a half day leave to visit her later. I feel guilty, causing her such discomfort. If only there's a bludging stomach that comes with it.

mom's a little sick too. I'm the new super-infector, spreading my germs all over. I wonder if my poly mates are ok. I met up with them on Sunday with Pearl for dinner. Tonight I'm meeting my childhood mates. I hope they didn't catch my flu bug.

counting down, tomorrow's friday. Hoping that pearl will be able to stay over. It's been a long time since I had the opportunity to hug her to sleep. We made plans to stay in till noon on Sat. We both desperately need this rest. One week down, another week more. I can't wait for birthday week to come.

Ah, thoughts are randomized I realize. I'm excited to see her. I think I probably am more suited to be a small hubby, instead of a rich successful career person because work is no longer as uimportant to me. It's amazing how someone as ambitious as I used to, changed so much. It's not that I've lost my dreams, it's just that I've learnt.. it's pointless to achieve dreams yet lose the love of my life. I'll want my love to share the fruits of labour with me. Between love and success, I'll pick love.

(Of course, I'll strive to make sure I have both)
